Calypso Hot Pepper Sauce

A great sweet sauce with a nice bite. I like it on chicken, fish and pork. It goes well with any stir-fry dish. Tastes similar to Sweet and Sour, WITH some heat, and a great finish.  You'll throw the Soy sauce away!
