The original sauce. This nectar of the gods was the first to arrive. Developed nearly a decade ago, it has been tried and true, tasted and sampled by hundreds over the years. Mildly spicy, it was developed for chicken wings, but over the years has flourished as an all-purpose sauce.

Defcon 1
 Current 2006 Scovie Award - 3rd Place Wing Sauce Winner. 4 oz. bottles only. Some of our customers prefer something even hotter than  Defcon 2, but don't want the pure heat of Defcon1, will add some 1 and 2 together, which increases the heat, but does not hurt the flavor at all.
